Balanced stay.
helpful staff free parking thin walls limited breakfast
The staff were helpful, I found them to be very flexible. I really appreciate that the hotel offers free parking.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear noises from other rooms. The continental breakfast seemed a bit limited, more options would improve it.

The room was clean and spacious , the shower was also quite nice. The continental breakfast provided good value , it had warm croissants and a selection of cereals. Fresh coffee was available , which i appreciated.
I was given a parking permit , but i never found parking available. I ended up parking on the pavilion car park. The top floor room i had was warm , so i had to open the windows at night.

solid stay by the sea
central location friendly staff varied breakfast
the location suited me well. i found the staff helpful and friendly . the breakfast included toast, spreads, cereals, yogurt, fruit, pastries, tea and coffee, all for a fair price.
the shower tray filled up with water quickly, perhaps from a blocked plughole.

The room featured a selection of teas and complimentary bottled water, that was useful. the room included comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. The rooms were quiet. I could enjoy my rest here.

The staff was friendly. They provided helpful assistance. the room had bottled water and sufficient coffee. This was a nice convenience.
the carpet had stains, this was not very appealing. i had to request restocking of items, it was not done automatically.

loved every minute!
lovely staff ample tea convenient tumble dryer
The staff were lovely and helpful! we arrived a little early and popped in to ask about parking. They said our room was ready, so we could check in right away! the room was clean and had ample tea and coffee and toiletries. the staff offered to dry our clothes in the tumble dryer after we got soaked one day! it really showed they care about guests having a comfy stay.
the breakfast was continental, but i would have preferred a full english! it wouldn't stop me from staying again, though.

the staff provided great service. i also liked that the room included a decent smart tv and a large shower. there were also toys available to borrow for families visiting to take to the beach.
the building appears generally ageing.

excellent location and helpful staff
cute team seafront views convenient location
i found the team super cute. i really appreciated the permit f for parking on the seafront. the views overlooking the seafront were especially nice. i could easily access the beach and nearby attractions from the hotel.
